Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows, adhering to safety regulations, and delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management to meet project deadlines. Review blueprints, technical drawings, and construction schedules to interpret project requirements accurately. Enforce OSHA safety standards and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Conduct quality control inspections and oversee adherence to construction regulations and company policies. Collaborate with project managers on budget management, procurement of materials, and subcontractor coordination using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam. Lead site safety meetings, document incidents or hazards, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols including OSHA standards. Manage teams in a construction management role by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to crew members. Review construction drawings regularly for accuracy and clarity; interpret technical drawings for proper execution of work. Oversee construction schedule coordination using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical inspections and ensure proper use of heavy machinery on-site. Experience Proven experience supervising construction crews in commercial or federal projects with a strong understanding of heavy civil pipeline or infrastructure work. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong background in managing project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance within the construction industry. Hands-on experience with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards is essential. Previous roles involving supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent managerial communication skills. Familiarity with managing contracts, overseeing construction safety management programs, and coordinating multiple subcontractors or vendors on large-scale projects. Construction site experience with a focus on ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
