Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting concrete according to project specifications Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and other structural elements following blueprints and technical drawings Interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of work tasks Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment when necessary to move materials or assist with site logistics Skills Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping processes Knowledge of construction estimating principles for material handling and project planning Skilled in carpentry, stucco application, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and renovation work Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, as well as power tools for various tasks Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Experience working on diverse construction projects involving rebar installation, metal framing, formwork construction, concrete pumping and finishing Ability to operate heavy machinery safely when required for site operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain comprehensive experience in the construction industry.
