Monday-Saturday 6am-3:30 pm

Pay:

$15-17.00 depends on Attendance About the Role We are seeking dependable, hard‑working General Construction Workers to support a variety of building, repair, and installation projects. This role is fast‑paced, hands‑on, and ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, problem‑solving, and contributing to a team that builds high‑quality results. Key Responsibilities Perform general construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and basic repairs Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move materials throughout the job site Read and follow work orders, measurements, and project instructions Assist skilled trades (carpenters, installers, labor crews) as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE Support multiple departments based on project schedules and daily needs Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crouch, and move throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Continuous exposure to noise, dust, and active construction environments What We're Looking For Previous construction or general labor experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality Why Join Us Stable, full‑time work with consistent schedules Opportunities to grow your skill set in multiple trades Supportive team environment Hands‑on training provided for motivated workers
