Job Description

There is $10,500 in bonus paychecks available in our Apprenticeship Program, which unlocks at your 90-day mark. Following your first year, you are eligible for our Profit-Sharing Program. Roadway Striping Inc. is the highest-quality pavement maintenance company in Central Texas. We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We want a humble, hard-working "blank slate" to join our crew. We will teach you the exact science of ADA-compliant lot reconfigurations, seal coating, and precision striping. You bring the work ethic; we will train you for a career. The Reality of the Job (Read Carefully):
The Elements:
You will be working on asphalt and concrete in the Texas heat. It is exhausting, physical labor.
The Standard:
Our work requires strict attention to detail for ADA and city fire codes. Precision is not a suggestion; it is the job. If a line is crooked, it fails inspection.

Physical Stamina:
You can lift heavy materials, haul equipment, and hustle all day. Pass a 10-panel Drug test
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
