This position supports job site operations by assisting with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, concrete finishers, steel workers, etc.) as needed on job sites. Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment. Perform general site cleanup and debris removal. Prepare work areas by setting up barricades, staging materials, or assisting with layouts. Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision. Follow directions from site supervisors and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Perform other construction-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred but not required — training available. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
