7Summers is a growing landscaping and outdoor construction company serving Midland, Odessa, and surrounding West Texas communities. We specialize in transforming residential and commercial outdoor spaces through landscaping, concrete, artificial turf, irrigation, fencing, outdoor structures, and other construction services. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a hands-on team. Experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Previous landscaping or construction experience may qualify you for a higher starting pay. What You'll Be Doing Our projects change from week to week, so this position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to learn multiple trades.

Typical work may include:

Artificial turf installation Sod installation and landscaping Irrigation and sprinkler installation or repairs Concrete preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing Concrete borders, sidewalks, pads, and curbs Rock, gravel, mulch, and landscape bed installation Drainage work Cedar, wire, metal, and other fencing Pergolas, patio covers, and outdoor structures Outdoor kitchen and backyard improvement projects Demolition and job-site preparation Grading, leveling, digging, and material placement Loading and unloading tools and materials Using hand tools and power tools Maintaining a clean and organized job site Assisting crew members with whatever is needed to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has reliable transportation to and from work Shows up on time and ready to work Is dependable and communicates well Is comfortable working outdoors in West Texas weather Is physically capable of lifting, carrying, digging, bending, and performing construction-related work Is willing to learn and take direction Pays attention to details Takes pride in quality workmanship Works well as part of a team Can safely use or learn to use construction and landscaping tools Is willing to work on different types of projects instead of performing the same task every day A valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred. Experience No experience is required. Hands-on training will be provided. Experience in any of the following is a plus and may affect starting pay: Landscaping, artificial turf, irrigation, concrete, fencing, carpentry, construction, masonry, skid-steer operation, grading, drainage, sod installation, or general labor. Travel Most of our work is located in Midland and Odessa. Occasionally, projects may require travel to Andrews, San Angelo, or other surrounding West Texas communities. When traveling outside Midland or Odessa, employees will either carpool in a company vehicle or receive fuel compensation when applicable.
