In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety. Must be 21 years of age or older and have clean, valid drivers license Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction projects Support skilled tradespeople such as the machine operators in their tasks Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and equipment Help with the installation of structures and fixtures as directed by supervisors Participate in site clean-up activities at the end of each workday Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks Join us in building a better future through quality construction work!
