In this energetic role, you will assist with the safe and efficient transfer of water and other fluids across construction sites, pipelines, and drilling locations. Your hands-on work will support horizontal drilling projects, pipeline installations, and well site operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your mechanical skills and safety knowledge to keep operations running smoothly. Whether you're experienced in heavy equipment operation or eager to learn, this role is perfect for motivated individuals ready to contribute to critical energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as pumps, heavy machinery, and trucks safely and efficiently during water transfer activities Assist with rigging and setup of pumping systems and pipelines to ensure proper flow and safety standards are maintained. HDPE fusion (small/large diameter) experience or willingness to learn is a MUST. Manage the movement of water using commercial trucks/pumps, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and transportation regulations Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime, performing basic mechanical repairs when necessary Follow strict safety procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and OSHA-compliant gear Support crew management by coordinating tasks with team members, maintaining clear communication throughout operations Conduct routine inspections of pumping systems, pipelines, and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. Ability to work long hours in a strenuous enviornment performing repetitive manual labor. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in oil & gas, construction, or related industries is highly preferred as most duties performed in outdoor settings Familiarity with different pumps/pumping systems, automation, layflat hose/HDPE, and deployment systems Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation including pumps, skidsteers , tracstars/pitbull fusion equipment or other construction machinery Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA standards and proper PPE use in hazardous environments Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly and effectively on-site Experience working on frac/drilling sites or in environments requiring adherence to safety regulations such as respiratory protection protocols Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage crew tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety and quality Join us in delivering essential energy solutions while advancing your skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
