Job Description

Role Description:
General laborer is responsible for working as part of a crew and promptly carrying out tasks as they are assigned by the supervisor. This is a versatile role which may consist of many different scopes of work including underground and overhead electrical, signing, tolling, ITS, maintenance of traffic, grading, and earthwork.
Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Excavating trenches, installation of pull boxes, installation of electrical wire, mounting equipment, setting up lane closures, using hand tools to grade for asphalt or sod, placement of asphalt or concrete, general cleanup. Following all company safety protocols and procedures Abide by company cell phone use policy at all times while working Display working knowledge of New Employee Tool List (Laborer). Employee is expected to care for and maintain tools as needed to preserve a complete tool-set at all times. Employee shall conduct themself in a positive and respectful manner when interacting with the client, the public, and within the company. Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current valid Drivers License (Required) Punctuality Ability to work as part of a team to complete a given task Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varied climates Traffic Management Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer by both policy and practice.
