This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including commercial light industrial flex space and custom builds. You'll be at the forefront of construction activities, utilizing your hands-on skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Assist with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute project specifications accurately. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, tile laying, and flooring. Measure dimensions precisely with tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fitting of materials and fixtures. Install building components including cabinets, fixtures, doors, and flooring in accordance with project requirements. Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks throughout the process. Follow blueprint specifications closely while managing new constructions on-site. Support fabrication and installation of various building materials like tile masonry, plastering, and caulking. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of building material installation and safety protocols. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Knowledge of construction management principles, estimating processes, and inspection procedures is a plus. Experience with drywall installation, tile masonry, carpentry (including frame carpentry), and fixture or cabinet installation is highly desirable. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining flexibility for different project needs. Excellent customer service skills are beneficial when interacting with clients or team members on-site. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders safely, and standing for extended periods.
