Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborers to join our field team. This position involves hands-on outdoor work, driving crew members to job sites, and assisting with installation of erosion control and landscaping materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds and maintains job sites across the DFW area. Responsibilities Drive crew and equipment to and from job sites safely Install erosion control measures (silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, etc.) Perform general labor including digging, lifting, hauling, and site cleanup Assist with landscaping tasks such as grading, seeding, and sod installation Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Communicate effectively with crew leaders and supervisors Requirements Valid Texas Driver's License (clean driving record required) Ability to drive trucks and trailers (experience preferred) Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, uneven terrain) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation to/from yard Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in landscaping, construction, or erosion control Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and job site safety Experience driving trucks with trailers Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

$165.00 - $180.00 per day
