Installation Assistant / General Labor (Part-Time) Texas Motor Blinds Plano, TX Job Details Part-time $15 - $17 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Tools provided Qualifications Field service Driver's License Construction site experience Hand tools Mechanical knowledge Full Job Description A growing blind and shade company is seeking a dependable, hardworking Installation Assistant / General Labor team member to assist with residential and commercial installations . If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and learning new skills, we'd love to hear from you! Job Details Part-Time $15-$17 per hour (based on experience) Flexible schedule with hours varying week to week based on installation appointments Primarily daytime hours (Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays) Responsibilities Assist the lead installer with residential and commercial blind and shade installations Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Safely use ladders and basic hand tools Help prepare products and materials for installation Provide friendly, professional customer service while working on-site Perform other general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working on ladders Strong work ethic and positive attitude Mechanically inclined is a plus Construction, installation, or general labor experience is preferred but not required .
