Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Day Laborer to join our dynamic property management team. The ideal candidate will between the ages of 18-30, no prior criminal history, and will be required to pass a background/drug test.

As a Day Laborer, you will be instrumental in supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of property activities. Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials for daily tasks Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning construction materials and equipment Support landscaping maintenance projects. Operate power tools and basic equipment safely under supervision, including drills, saws, and other handheld devices Follow all workplace safety guidelines. Conduct routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure operational efficiency Support heavy lifting activities and ensure proper manual handling techniques are followed at all times Experience Previous experience or related manual labor work preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair enhances your suitability for this role Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various weather conditions Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders or scaffolding as needed Join our team today if you're ready to contribute your energy and skills to impactful projects!
