J. Sheridan of Texas, Inc. is seeking to fill several positions in gas line installation. Positions in Round Rock areas for show up, daily travel thru-out the greater Austin and surrounding area. Seeking individuals with prior utility and excavation construction experience as well as those who are interested in learning the business. We are willing to train and promote from within. Pay is comparable for entry-level construction laborer driver positions, with pay at higher levels for those who have prior experience, and who can drive a crew truck pulling a construction trailer, no CDL required. We hire English and Spanish speaking candidates. Laborer Drivers will perform a variety of duties, loading of job materials on and off of company vehicles and using a variety of hand tools to locate conflicting utilities at the job site. Laborer works at the direction of the Job Foreman, may train to use a mini-excavator, tapping equipment, etc. The position requires strenuous work in all weather conditions. May be trained to electronically submit important job details daily from laptop.
