This role is ideal for someone with a solid construction background who takes pride in quality work and can operate both independently and as part of a team. Position Overview The Skilled Laborer will take on a hands-on role in construction and handyman projects, bringing experience, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities to the job site. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of troubleshooting issues and clearly articulating solutions to leadership and customers, and able to work alone with integrity as well as in a team setting. Key Responsibilities Perform skilled construction and repair work across a variety of projects Assist with and lead general construction and handyman tasks as needed Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement effective solutions Communicate progress, issues, and solutions clearly to leadership and clients Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Ensure all work complies with federal and state guidelines and safety standards Qualifications Strong punctuality and dependability Proven construction experience (preferred for skilled role) Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and articulate solutions Ability to work independently with integrity and in a team environment Reliable transportation Ability to obtain and maintain necessary tools for the trade Must be able to pass a clean background check Position Requirements Strong punctuality and dependability Ability to assist with general construction and handyman work Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable transportation Construction experience is a plus Timeliness is essential.
