Skilled Caregivers for Montgomery County

Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, we are seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to join our team in Conroe, Texas. As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and grooming Assist with medication reminders Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients Encourage and support clients' independence Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, family members, and other caregivers Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and services

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of experience in caregiving or healthcare (additional training provided) Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver license; auto insurance

Work Environment:

Work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support Flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend shifts Opportunities for professional growth and development
