You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees. Olshan Foundation Repair has been around since 1933! Construction Crew Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress Safely operate company equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction Previous foundation repair experience a Plus Customer Service Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
