You'll be responsible for leading, directing, and instructing your crew to complete quality home remodels on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a 2-3 person crew on daily remodel tasks Perform and oversee: painting, sheetrock repair, flooring, tile work, landscaping, and general home repairs Ensure work meets quality standards and stays on schedule Communicate progress and issues to management

this role does not cover licensed trade work (no electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) Requirements Prior construction experience required Proven ability to lead and direct a small crew Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once given direction Own basic hand tools preferred Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (1-hour break) Pay & Benefits Starting at $20/hour, with increases based on experience and production W2, direct deposit, paid biweekly
