Deer Blind Construction Technician Key Responsibilities:

Constructing deer blinds according to design specifications or production standards. Using power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, fiberglass, and other materials. Installing windows, doors, emblems, and other hardware components. Caulking seams and joints, and painting or finishing materials. Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining blinds to ensure safety, stability, and functionality.

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic carpentry and construction knowledge, including framing and finishing work. Familiarity with hunting gear and outdoor concealment strategies. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and field conditions. Physical strength and stamina for lifting, climbing, and assembling heavy materials. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and workplace safety standards.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
