Responsibilities Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings to support project execution. Help implement erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure site stability. Support heavy lifting and manual handling tasks using appropriate techniques and tools to move materials safely. Operate power tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper maintenance and repair when needed. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures. Participate in site cleanup, debris removal, and organization of materials to maintain a tidy work environment. Assist with the installation of construction components according to blueprints and technical specifications. Qualifications Previous industrial or construction experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Basic understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and construction plans. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and work in various weather conditions. Familiarity with the use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment repair basics is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a focus on safety at all times. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety regulations such as respiratory protection and erosion control measures.
