Permanent Employment Help for . As a member of our construction team, you will assist in various tasks to support the completion of commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include preparing and cleaning job sites, loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, assisting skilled tradespeople, and following safety protocols at all times. Duties may also involve digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, moving equipment, and helping with demolition and installation work. An ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and maintain a strong work ethic is essential. Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are required. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not necessary; training will be provided.
