Job Description
Overview We are currently hiring General Laborers and Electricians to support factory construction, equipment installation, and site setup projects . This role involves hands-on work in construction, equipment installation, electrical work, welding, and general site support. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can work safely, follow instructions, and contribute to a fast-paced job site environment. Responsibilities Depending on your experience and position, job duties may include: Assist with factory construction, site preparation, and general installation work Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Support machinery and equipment installation, assembly, positioning, and anchoring Perform electrical installation, wiring, cable routing, and other related electrical work Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work as needed on site Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and properly Follow supervisors' instructions, installation drawings, and job site safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with other team members to complete construction and installation tasks on schedule Perform other duties as assigned based on project needs Qualifications Experience in construction, equipment installation, electrical work, welding, or a related field is preferred Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to follow instructions Ability to work in a team environment and maintain job site safety Electrical, welding, forklift, rigging, or mechanical installation experience is a plus Preferred Qualities Hardworking and dependable Safety-conscious with a positive attitude Able to adapt to different job site tasks and project needs Previous experience in factory construction, industrial installation, or mechanical/electrical work is highly preferred How to Apply If you are interested, please send your resume to hr@energyard.com.
