Full-Time, Weekly Pay About Us Nettles Construction Solutions is a premier commercial subcontractor specializing in Lightweight Insulating Concrete Roof Systems, Metal Decking, Flowable Fill, Gypcrete Floors, Elevated Concrete, Waterproofing, Spray Applied Fireproofing, and Operable Partitions. We are expanding our crews and looking for dependable, hardworking full-time Construction Laborers to join our team. While construction experience and prior safety training are helpful, we are fully willing to train the right person.

What We Offer Competitive Starting Pay:

$22.00 per hour with a potential raise after 60 days.

Overtime Pay:

Time-and-a-half (1.5x) paid after 40 hours worked per week.

Full Travel Compensation:

We pay per diem, travel time, and mileage reimbursement directly on your weekly check.

The Role & Key Responsibilities As a vital member of our commercial construction crew, you will assist with the hands-on installation any of our specialized systems on active commercial job sites.

Job Requirements Travel:

Must be willing to travel for work. We service local job sites in Houston and travel throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. You will regularly be out of town for up to a week at a time.

Screening:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and E-Verify .

Attributes:

Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
