Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for responsible and hardworking individuals to assist in the manufacturing of wooden roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects. Basic knowledge in truss manufacturing or related experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is preferred. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and company needs. Responsibilities Assemble wooden roof and floor trusses Measure and cut lumber at the required angles Install metal connector plates using hammers and tools Pass finished trusses through the roller machine Move, lift, organize, and stack trusses
