Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of general manufactuing and long term projects, assisting with various tasks that ensure the successful completion of building and infrastructure developments. Your energy, attention to detail, and safety awareness will contribute to a productive and efficient work environment. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Perform heavy lifting tasks, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace Support masonry, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other related tasks as needed Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure environment for everyone Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating tools and equipment effectively Construction estimating skills for understanding project scope and materials needed Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping techniques Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and commercial driving when applicable Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and protocol adherence Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Basic carpentry skills including trim carpentry, framing, roofing, restoration work, caulking, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation AM and PM Shifts available Salt Lake and West Valley area
