Role:

All Phase Construction Cleanup LLC is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Construction Cleaning & Labor team in Sandy, UT! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in transforming job sites into finished, polished spaces ready for handoff. If you take pride in your work and love seeing the results of your effort, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform post-construction cleaning on residential and commercial job sites Remove construction debris, dust, and waste materials from work areas Clean windows, floors, walls, and fixtures following construction activity Assist with general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors Safely operate cleaning equipment and hand tools on job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Load and unload materials and debris for proper disposal

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Previous construction cleaning or general labor experience preferred Reliable transportation to Sandy, UT Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Must be able to follow safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
