Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Field Crew Member to join our team. In this role, no two days are exactly the same. You will work across multiple phases of construction—from concrete to framing and fine finish work. Whether you are an experienced tradesperson looking for a better team culture or someone with a strong work ethic eager to learn the trades, we value attitude and reliability above all else.
Key Responsibilities Concrete & Site Prep:
Assist with site setup, formwork, pouring, leveling, and concrete cleanup.
Framing & Rough Carpentry:
Help construct wall framing, roof structures, floor joists, and structural elements using hand and power tools.
Finish Work:
Support interior and exterior finish detailing, including trim work, doors, hardware, flooring and painting.
General Site Operations:
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized; stage materials and maintain tools/equipment.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate clearly with crew leaders and teammates to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1+ years in residential or commercial construction preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a great work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Skillset:
Basic familiarity with standard hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks daily.
