Responsibilities Assist with fence installation projects by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to blueprints and technical drawings Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely to install fencing structures efficiently Handle construction materials such as wood, metal, concrete, and masonry supplies with care and precision Support heavy lifting tasks and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately to execute fencing projects correctly Contribute to landscape maintenance and hardscape tasks as needed to support overall site development Qualifications Prior experience in carpentry, frame carpentry, or general construction is highly desirable Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is a strong plus Hands-on experience with fence construction projects or building material installation is preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and perform concrete finishing or masonry tasks Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking on construction sites Commitment to safety protocol adherence and construction site safety standards Excellent teamwork skills combined with customer service awareness when interacting with clients or project managers Embark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to transforming outdoor spaces!
