POSITION OVERVIEW
The Production Crew Member is responsible for working with a team to construct our modular homes. This role ensures the highest level of craftsmanship, quality, and client satisfaction while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Much of the of work is completed in a comfortable, environmentally controlled manufacturing facility. Occasional off-site work is dependent on project locations and needs; but usually not exceeding 2-3 days with per-diem meals and mileage paid. This job will require dependable transportation to get to and from work, basic hand tools such as a tool bag, hammer, tape measure, square, etc. are required. Other tooling will be provided at the facility.
