Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Building Laborer and play a vital role in creating stunning outdoor aquatic spaces! In this energetic position, you will assist with the construction, installation, and finishing of custom pools and related hardscape features. Your hands-on skills and commitment to safety will help bring clients' backyard dreams to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on every project. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors on exciting construction projects, gaining valuable experience in pool construction and landscape enhancement. Responsibilities Assist with the excavation, framing, and pouring of pool shells according to detailed construction plans. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to install plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components of pools. Perform site cleanup, material handling, and ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout all phases of construction. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute tasks. Use heavy equipment under supervision for excavation or material movement as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of outdoor work projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Prior construction experience with a focus on building construction or remodeling projects preferred. having experience with rebar . Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or framing. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols Strong outdoor work ethic with the ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Skills in caulking, stucco application, flooring installation, trim carpentry, and hardscape are highly desirable but not a must. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in pool building and site management. Join us in shaping beautiful outdoor spaces! Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
