$20/hr (negotiable, DOE) About the Role Moenave Garage Doors manufactures trackless garage door hardware system, shipped nationally, alongside our local install business in Southern Utah. We're hiring an assembler to build, package, and prepare hardware kits for shipment. What You'll Do Take powder-coated parts and assemble them into finished hardware kits Package and crate finished kits for shipping Print 3d parts Build wooden shipping crates (basic wood cutting and measuring) Perform minor soldering of electrical components and wiring Read sales orders and correctly identify/pull the right parts and quantities from our system Work independently with minimal supervision once trained Use good judgment on the shop floor. What We're Looking For Accuracy and care — this hardware ships to customers, so quality matters Able to follow written orders/specs and catch discrepancies Self-starter who can work independently after training, but knows when to ask for assistance Able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license (occasional errands/runs required) Nice to have (not required): Experience with power tools — chop saw, skill saw, table saw — and comfort measuring/cutting wood Basic understanding of electrical components and light soldering is a plus Training No prior experience is necessary — we'll train you on our assembly process, soldering, and crate building. Candidates with woodworking/power tool experience or basic electrical/soldering knowledge are preferred, but what matters most is reliability and someone who picks things up and runs with them.
