CREW LEADER

Visu-Sewer is a national organization which serves the underground construction community in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. Visu-Sewer uses only the latest underground construction inspection technology for the assessment of sewer pipes. With highly trained crews and extensive experience, Visu-Sewer also provides diverse underground construction trenchless processes and solutions to maintain, rehabilitate and repair entire collection systems to deliver maximum performance.

Key Duties:

Responsible for workflow, record keeping, tools and vehicle maintenance depending upon specific project. Shall maintain a professional and courteous demeanor. Have the ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team. Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by the team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to work alongside crew laborers to complete the task(s). Always represent the company's best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Must be well organized with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to think proactively, plan ahead and problem solve to minimize disruption, errors, risks and keeping project on-task. As a Crew Leader, you will be trained to drive construction trucks and equipment to construction sites. Once on site, you will work alongside your crew, using specialized underground construction equipment to perform sewer repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation services for municipalities throughout the upper Mid-Atlantic. Visu-Sewer will provide training on workplace safety and equipment use.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Qualify for Class B driver's license/DOT health card (CDL training will be provided)
• Must be able to travel 1-4 nights per week (both in/out of town)
• Pass a background check and drug test screening
• Speak English
