Construction Laborer

Your hands-on involvement will range from site preparation to finishing touches, supporting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the creation of impressive structures. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and setting up safety barriers Support carpenters with framing, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing tasks Help install rebar for concrete reinforcement and perform concrete forming and finishing Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and effectively Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and measurements Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to ensure timely progress on-site Support masonry work such as stucco, tile laying, and restoration projects Assist with roofing installation, caulking, plastering, and other renovation activities Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure construction site for everyone involved Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate tools and equipment confidently Construction estimating experience is a plus for understanding project scope and materials needed Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, and formwork techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and welding equipment Knowledge of masonry, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout the day Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols Experience with commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Embark on a rewarding career path where your physical skills meet your passion for building!
