Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building projects that make a difference! As a Construction Laborer, you'll perform essential tasks that support skilled tradespeople, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to designated areas efficiently and safely Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assisting with framing or roofing activities Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials in place or providing assistance during installation processes Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Maintain cleanliness of the worksite by disposing of waste materials and organizing equipment regularly Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors to prevent accidents or delays Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of construction site safety practices; prior safety training is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is essential for team success Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided for motivated candidates Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings Join us as a Construction Laborer and help build the future!
