General Laborer - Charles City Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer to perform essential duties for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team at a prominent solar energy center. This role involves using basic hand tools to conduct general O&M tasks on a solar site. Responsibilities Perform basic general labor duties at the solar site. Use basic hand tools effectively to carry out O&M tasks. Show up on time and follow directions accurately. Essential Skills Experience in labor, solar, and construction. Ability to use basic hand tools. Punctuality and ability to follow directions. Additional Skills & Qualifications General construction background. The position requires working Monday through Friday for 40-45 hours a week, in outdoor environments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charles City, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
