Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and experience in various construction tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects that will include inspecting and finishing formwork before being sent out to projects. The Laborer will be responsible for assisting and ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to assist in various construction tasks. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job site. Sorting, inspecting, packaging, loading and unloading construction materials. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment safely. Strong understanding of safety practices.
