R&R Services is a growing contracting company looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. We handle a wide variety of residential and commercial projects, including pressure washing, professional painting, remodeling, roofing, deck construction, drywall, and general contracting work. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and is willing to learn. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows directions well, shows up on time, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with general construction, remodeling, and property improvement projects Safely use common hand and power tools Accurately read and use a tape measure Perform basic tasks using drills, hammers, saws, and other construction tools Assist with painting, pressure washing, roofing, deck building, drywall, and other contracting projects Load, unload, set up, and clean up tools and materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications At least 1 year of handyman, construction, remodeling, or similar experience preferred Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work well with others Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Performance-based raises are available for dependable employees who demonstrate strong work ethic, skill development, and quality workmanship.
