Driver / Construction Worker

IQ Structures LLC is a small Amish-owned construction company specializing in pole barns. We are looking to hire a dependable full-time driver/construction worker to start as soon as possible, preferably by May 26 or earlier. This position is best suited for someone with a valid Virginia driver's license and a reliable pickup truck who can drive the crew to job sites, stay on site, and work with the crew throughout the day. Construction experience is preferred, but not required for the right person. We are looking for someone dependable, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and able to follow instructions. Responsibilities Drive the crew to and from job sites Use your pickup truck for work-related transportation Stay on the job site and work with the crew throughout the day Assist with pole barn construction Load and unload materials Help with general job site tasks Work as part of a small construction crew Requirements Valid Virginia driver's license required Reliable pickup truck strongly preferred Dependable and punctual Able to do physical, hands-on work Able to follow instructions Construction experience preferred, but not required
