General Construction Worker

Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, and concrete finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution Perform tasks related to carpentry including door hanging, trim carpentry, framing, and cabinet installation Conduct basic construction inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Support specialized work such as masonry, stucco application, plastering, welding, tile laying, and heavy equipment operation Assist with demolition, restoration projects, or remodeling efforts as needed, including concrete forming and finishing Collaborate with team members on site layout, material fabrication, glass installation, caulking, flooring installation, and hardscape work Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols in construction environments Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for various trades including carpentry and masonry Knowledge of construction management principles or estimating processes is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, climbing ladders or scaffolding Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career in a lively environment that values dedication and craftsmanship!
