Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various construction, maintenance, and renovation projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. This position requires a focus on carpentry and renovation . (I.e repairs and improvements including drywall, flooring, carpentry etc. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to impactful projects that improve communities and environments. Responsibilities Assist with construction, repair, and renovation tasks by handling materials, tools, and equipment with precision and care. Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Operate basic machinery, hand tools, power tools, or other equipment as trained. Maintain a clean and organized worksite by disposing of debris, securing tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Support team members in setting up work areas, measuring materials accurately, and preparing job sites for various activities Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Skills Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures at all times Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and supervisors Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance processes, willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge and experience in carpentry and renovation is crucial. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues Reliable work ethic with punctuality, dependability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
