Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen to complete tasks effectively. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and carrying materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction methods and practices is preferred Ability to work well in a team environment while following directions from supervisors. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Operating of mini excavator, skid loader, track loader, rollers, jumping jack, concrete saws, chain saws, jack hammers, are preferred. CDL preferred but not required Driver License
