Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks on job sites, including site preparation, material handling, demolition, equipment operation, and general clean-up. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload building materials and distribute them to the appropriate locations on site Assist with site preparation, including digging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely Clean and maintain work areas and equipment Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, pipe layers, concrete finishers, etc.) as needed Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times Help with demolition, removal of debris, and other manual labor tasks Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous physical tasks Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Reliable transportation to and from job sites Must pass a background check or drug screening (if required by company policy)

Preferred Skills:

Experience operating small machinery or heavy equipment Knowledge of basic construction practices and materials OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
