OSP Technician/Laborer A growing telecommunications and utility construction company is hiring an OSP Technician/Laborer for a field-based opportunity in Richmond, VA 23222. This is a full-time position supporting outside plant (OSP) telecommunications construction projects, with hands-on work involving underground pipe and conduit installation. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, working as part of a crew, and taking direction from a Supervisor. Previous underground telecom experience is preferred, but this role is also a strong opportunity for someone with a solid work ethic who wants to learn the trade and grow their skills.
