Entry-level to experienced applicants welcome We are a rapidly growing company looking to hire immediately for a reliable, hardworking Excavation & General Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving excavation, site preparation, drainage and pipe installation, hardscaping, retaining walls, landscaping, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. Responsibilities Perform hand digging and general excavation work Assist with machine operators and excavation crews Install drainage, water, sewer, and other underground piping Assist with grading, trenching, and site preparation Install hardscapes such as patios, walkways, driveways, and steps Build and install retaining walls Perform landscaping, including planting, mulching, spreading stone, and finish work Mow and maintain grass and lawns Perform seasonal lawn and property maintenance Assist with snow removal and winter property maintenance Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Operate hand tools and small equipment Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow all safety procedures and instructions Perform other general construction and property maintenance duties as needed Qualifications Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites Willingness to learn and take direction Previous excavation, landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, or construction experience is a plus Experience operating mowers, trimmers, or small equipment is a plus Valid driver's license is required Reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials What We Offer Full-time, steady work Seasonal uniforms Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities to learn new skills and advance in position and pay Variety of construction, landscaping, and property maintenance projects Work with a professional, hands-on crew Health Insurance and Retirement will be offered in the future.
