OnCourse Turf Solutions is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team for a large irrigation installation project in Stanardsville, Virginia. Project timeline is September-December. Compensation $18-$28 per hour, based on experience Weekly meal expense stipend Housing provided during project Uniforms Performance bonus available upon successful project completion Opportunity for full-time employment with OnCourse Turf Solutions after the project is complete Experience Golf course maintenance experience is preferred but not required Construction, irrigation, landscaping, farming, or other outdoor labor experience is a plus Qualifications More important than experience, we are looking for high character individuals that are coachable and can work well in a team environment.

Other requirements include:

Willingness to learn and take direction from both site superintendents and experienced crew members Strong work ethic and positive attitude Exceptional attention to detail Can safely perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions Some weekend work will be required Responsibilities Assist with trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and site restoration Assist with pipe fusing Install irrigation heads, valves, valve boxes, etc Load/unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow company quality standards and safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by project supervisors

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
