Construction Laborer

JLC Excavating is hiring dependable, hard-working general laborers to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working on residential and job site projects in the Staunton area.

Pay:

$17-$20 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform general labor tasks and job site cleanup Work alongside equipment operators and crew members Follow all safety procedures on site

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
