Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our construction team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time to the highest quality standards. This leadership role requires strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires expertise in remodeling and building structures such as decks, screen porches, sheds, and additions.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment

Experience:

• Experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and project managers
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
