The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, support skilled tradespeople, and contribute to the successful completion of projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Duties Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Prepare construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and materials Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their tasks Mix, pour, and spread concrete or other materials as needed Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Assist with site safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, and maintaining a clean work environment Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Valid driver's license is preferred for transporting materials or equipment to job sites This position is essential for supporting construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high safety standards.
