The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met and grow with the company. Duties Perform a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair work. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring they remain organized and hazard-free. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Valid driver's license will be required with reliable transportation.
