About Us We are a fast-growing landscaping and outdoor living company specializing in hardscapes, patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and more. We take pride in high-quality work, professionalism, and building a strong team culture. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Hardscape Laborer to join our team. This position is hands-on and involves assisting with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, drainage systems, and other outdoor living projects. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, and saws safely Prepare job sites through excavation, grading, and base prep Maintain clean and organized job sites Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Prior landscaping or hardscape experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation and strong attendance Valid driver's license is a plus Ability to work well with others and take direction
